Es muy Rico. I had to travel 20 mins from the centro to go and eat there. Very very recommended. Also the food is very affordable. Two big plates for me and my wife is about 350.00 pesos. A killo of Brirria Chivo is about 600.00 pesos.

There is a great service and the food is really good, there's only a one sized plate but you can order tacos.
The tortillas are big and they are hand made, you can also drink coffee, orange juice, carrot juice and grapefruit juice, beer.
The owner is also an ex Atlas player

This review is long over due. You want some authentic Mexican food, this is the place. The freshly made handmade tortillas and birria are worth venturing outside of the area you are staying in Guadalajara. Family owned and ran. I had a 5 hour layover early this year and took a taxi just to come eat here and right back to the airport. Don't forget to try their desserts too!
