Amazing place to stay! Everything is brand new and is very fancy! Very clean!!! The personal is so friendly and helpful...Keeps everything at high standards! Very good breakfast and the food is very good and tasty for lunch and dinner. Large outside terrace where you can have a drink and smoke a cigarette or a cigar. And it must say for this pandemic time... They have nurse who can takes for you covid test if you need with results in 3 hours... for only 700 pesos...

They ignored that i had a booking for 2 nights (Feb 22-24), checkout me on the 1st night while I was out of the room, on the process taking my stuff out they loose/stole some of my personal belongings (why not?), they didn't believe me and it was a big issue to get a room at 2am on my 2nd night (already payed), so, worst hotel experience,
The response on my exit was that "they will be in touch with me once solved this issue", just like that, lol, still waiting after almost a week, luckly on a chair.

Loved it. Rooms, services are great. Libaneses eggs are mind boggling. Too bad the restaurant had a poor service.

Tried to be patient u0026 understanding.. but will not be staying here again and do not recommend. Paper thin walls where you can hear every step and word your neighbours upstairs and next door are making.
Customer service was very poor - the safe wasn’t locking and I was promised a room change later in the day. When I approached front desk later that evening they were rude and condescending - had no idea what I was talking about. I tried again the next morning with new staff to instead have someone come and fix it… waited a few hours and no one ever came.
No follow up..
I had to lug my passport u0026 valuables around the entire trip.
Not too mention the bathroom is built cheaply and basically falling apart. Uneven u0026 creaky wooden floors - annoying loud beep every time you open the door or adjust the AC.
Simply a very poor experience ????????
Better hotels at this price point in GDL and it seemed I was not the only one experiencing troubles - plenty of disgruntled guests in the lobby every time.

Very beautiful hotel. Nice view on zapopan, Great modern Middle Eastern style , a very good restaurant But that’s it.

Bedding not comfortable, AC doesn’t work and makes terrible noise, and staff won’t do anything about it.

There could be better amenities, reception staff is very rude , and they keep the hold on the credit card for weeks !
