These tacos are famous. Like seriously featured in all YouTube videos about Ensenada, commented about, super hyped.

I liked the efficient service, the clean clear containers, handing money through a plastic bag, and very generous servings of salsa, shredded lettuce, cucumber and radishes, and the sauces I would never be brave enough to try really looked delicious. The two "cremas" were mayonnaise and chipotle aioli.

And, as for the fish, it was crispy, they have a very efficient technique for drying it at the border of the pan, and it was tasty. Was it tastier than El Johnny in Punta Banda? That would be a resounding "no". These folks are better organized and handled the long line very elegantly, though.

Still a great experience!! I concur with the recommendations. Special mention to the staff.

Best shrimp and fish tacos in the world! Super clean operation and very fast service.

This place doesn't look like much but OMG their shrimp and fish tacos are heavenly! There's no seating, you stand to eat, but that's part of the street taco experience. They are super organized and fast. We went 2 days in a row and the tacos just got better. It's a must go when in Ensenada, you will not regret it!

Bulletproof..opens and closes early.. because of Covid.. they don't have benches anymore but you can stand up and eat pretty easy.. food is always excellent..menu is fish tacos.. and shrimp tacos.. nothing else..drinks of course.. no beer or alcohol..ice cream place feet away after you are done

Best fish tacos I've ever had!! Glad we had a local to show us this spot during our cruise time in ensenada!

The. Best. Fish. Tacos. If you are within a couple hours' drive, come here. Look at this photo. Over 300 people waiting hours to get a fish taco. People from over ten continents, dignitaries from three planets, many traveling decades and centuries to give their descendants the opportunity to try Tacos Castillo.
