Came here with my partner and we ordered a pair of glasses each. Both the prescriptions were incorrect. It took three attempts to get mine right as they didn’t “detect” my stigmatism. I knew something was off right away but they tried to tell me that my eyes needed to get used to the glasses. Having worn glasses for many years I did not accept that answer and got the correct glasses after an hour wait. Upon paying for a Burberry pair of glasses I was handed a shiny, cheap case. I asked for the original case and was told “this one is better”. Insisted some more and got it but without a cleaning cloth and the case looked second hand but that was okay for me. You should also know (especially if you have bad eye sight) that the lenses are much thicker than in Europe so you need to get a much thicker frame. I was desperate for a pair and at 75 USD for eye test and lenses (without frame) it worked for me but be aware they don’t check for your eye health so unless it’s an emergency I would get my glasses from back home.
