The government is a total joke..in the US we call them squatters.. people just slowly take over public lands..in Los Encinos like all over Ensenada there are very very very few public parks.. and of the parks people start dumping fill dirt, constructing shacks or placing trailers.. they wait to be told to leave.. many of the small parks near the house have dozens of squatters.. and now a full size home built in front of the canyon entrance..a total disgrace.. the small soccer field on Ave Fresno.. goals removed and now is a swap meet instead of a park for kids and families..
