My experience here was rather unpleasant. This salon was not our first choice due to the fact that the salon we wanted initially didn't have any availability so we went with our second option only to find this salon lacked basic customer service. My sisters u0026 I booked appointments for a root touch up and were promised a certain amount for the services beforehand. We even verified the amount for the service when we dropped off the deposit. I was already skeptical as they lacked customer service and the ladies were very unprofessional with no proper greeting. We already felt unwelcome initially. Not to mention on the day of our appointment when we arrive at 8am promptly we didn't even receive a proper good morning. As far as my root touch up it wasn't exactly what I wanted but I could've gotten the same thing done if not better in California for the same price. Overall, I must say I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Felt extremely unwelcomed from the second My sisters and I walked in. I requested a root touch up and the outcome was exactly the same as it looked before. Roots were still dark. Originally was told I would be charged a certain amount. When I was charged in the end, I was charged a fee for a “treatment” they added without my request or consent. I was charged for a service I at no moment requested. Over priced for such poor quality work and professionalism. Will never return!

Walked in to leave deposit per their request as we had appointments scheduled on a Saturday for 4 people. Employees were not welcoming or friendly. We greeted them and were ignored. Each of us told them exactly what we wanted and we were informed the “max” we would be charged was $1,800MXN. We left the deposit of $500MXN at their request.
Returned the following day for our appointments and again, we greeted with a “good morning” and we’re bluntly ignored. At this point, neither of us were content with their poor manners but proceeded to get our “services” done. I asked for a root touch up on my high lights, I explained that to the “hair tech.”

During my service, the hair tech explained that she was doing a “treatment” on my hair but failed to explain that it would incur additional fees nor asked whether I wanted it or not. She simply applied it without my consent. When she styled my hair at the end of my services, the curls were poorly made.

Upon checking out and paying, my grand total was $1800MXN. The front office explained that the treatment was extra. My sister, who had a full on higher light touch up also was charged the same as me. However, no bleach was applied to my hair at all. Only toner and the unwanted “treatment.” My cousin was charged $2,200MXN because she “had a lot of hair.”

Overall, our first impression was poor and we should have walked right out. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid the price for it, literally! I would not recommend this place, very unprofessional and it seems they like to scam people who speak English.
