Rating it as what it is, a motel. The facilities are ok, your bare necessities are cover. You will more likely need to as for extra towels or pillows.
You will be a block away from the main tourist area.
Follow my advice, park your car by the office, it will get packed and not easy to leave if you're boxed in.
Overall decent for the price if you're not picky.
Pros: Good price, close to the action, clean, available.
Cons: Small parking lot, flemsy toilet seats, no curtains in the restroom, occasional surprise left smeared on the restroom wall.

Missing a lot of facilities, mosquitos and moths in room, didn't feel very secure. But is in a great location and the staff are lovely.

Basic services, affordable, a life-saver when you arrive late at nite with family, it feels safe, great location!! That's a plus!

Saw a bedbug on the pillow, ran out of that place. I was just being cheap because I was too sleepy to drive back home.
