The toilet wouldnt flush, the water drain in the shower was clogged, the TV remote batteries died, the bathroom was dirty. No A/C just a cheap fan. Paid $100 for something worth $50 USD. Will never come here again nor sugggest.

I came in late without a reservation the room is clean and the tenants were quiet the area is secure. There was a good game of fútbol en la mañana.

The staff did not help us with our neighbors upstairs, we stayed downstairs (never will do it again) These people started walking around the room at 3am wearing shoes and making a lot of noises like moving furniture around, they never stop even when we complained to the lobby and they came to their room. they were quiet for a moment and then continue their business, we could not sleep nor rest at all. We have planned a Sunday at Ensenada we ended up packing our stuff and leaving this place at 6 am. the people upstairs left before us because my husband got so mad he start punching the ceiling to see they will stop with that id did not work, instead they flee the place. Leaving us with no rest at all my kids were upset too. it was a disaster.

It is a very nice, clean, and safe place.
The attendance staff are very nice people as well.

Terrible customer service and filthy rooms. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Good enough. Wifi and hot water are my main concern when getting an inexpensive room in Mexico. A little far from town and beach to walk, but if you have a car no problem. T.V. don't work maybe a dead remote battery, not a concern for me. They also have you leave your drivers license at registration if you go someplace you give them your room key to get your d.l. back.

Showed up and my reservations were messed up, and they raised the price to a laughable $50/ night. Fortunately they have very reasonable hourly room rates.
If you are looking for something clean, safe, and with less-than-average number of hookers, you probably want to go somewhere else.
