I stayed here by accident as it was a last minute trip. I have to say that every single staff member that we met was amazing. The food is great at both restaurants and the views of the ocean are breathtaking. The hotel has a sense of exclusivity with limited rooms per floor. Rooms are big with modern decoration and amazing cleaning. We have a new favorite place to stay in Ensenada with amazing bartender staff and perfect Piña Coladas.

The food in the Tepanaky restaurant has GONE DOWN in quality! Definetly not the plce I will order CURRY ever again. They went from Large portions to cat food.

I just moved to Punta Brava, and I know already this is going to be a favorite!! The staff is very attentive (my server even remembered my drink). So far, I tried the Chicken Katsu and the salmon teriyaki. Delicious, and both come with rice, and a great salad, and a set of three different sauces. The view is gorgeous, and both times I was there at sunset, and walked back. It was a great walk on the beach! Will be coming back.

It’s an exclusive hotel, it doesn’t have a lot rooms and that is great. The room’s layout is distributed keeping free spaces to walk, in fact all the hotel layout is great. They have a customer service mindset to high. The hotel has a beautiful direct view to the beach. You can access to the beach just crossing the street. There’s a mini supermarket and a coffee shop just next to the hotel. I definitely will back.

Stay away. Looks are deceiving. They try to provide service but they fail. Don't waste your money here. Toilet was leaking water when we checked into the room. Instead of changing my room, they spent over an hour trying to fix it. Brush your teeth with bottled water! The water in the shower and sink tastes salty. Bed linens and towels were dirty. Room service is a joke, they gave my order to another room. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Bring ear plugs! The street noise makes it difficult to sleep at night.
