Me trataron muy mal como cliente, no quisieron darme recibo, me subieron el precio sin previo aviso, me dieron un cuarto sin internet y me dijeron que “me las arreglara solo” cuando se los dije.
Al fui me fui del lugar por el trato grosero del personal y obviamente se quedaron con el deposito despues de su groseria.
Deberian aprebder a respetar mas a sus clientes. La industria hotelera no es carls jr, ni una disculpa ofrecieron.
Querían que perdiera una hora manejando para ir por efectivo por que “su sistema no sirve.
Go to another place where they value their clients. The poorest service I have ever received in an hotel - the lady at the night shift ant the old guy are rude clueless on how to take care of clients.
- problems with internet, they said “it was my problem” Instead of changing the room for one with better reception.
- they accept visa but no system thus I needed to drive an hour to town to get cash? Then why to offer visa aa pYment method?
- they rejected a receipt when asked for one and rejected my proposition of paying later when the system is back.
This rude staff wanted me to drive hours im town instead of waiting for THEIR system to come back and they took my deposit when I rejected the nonse and went to a place with better staff, not even one sorry came from their mouth,
