I loved this Hotel! The service is great. The view was amazing. The price was very inexpensive. The location was perfect. Shopping street and port was nearby. No need to take your car. Will definitely cone again.

Not good at all the smell in the room was horrible not even wanted to shower because it smelled horrible. Grabed a bed sheet and smelled like humidity. So thats a big no. I went an hotel called cortez out back way better. Dont even try out the hotel.

Positive: the staff is very polite, location is in good area and the swimming pool is big. Negative: They give you the hotel after 3pm no less and the swimming pool water was salty. Room is missing microwave, freezer for the price.

Rooms have terrible acoustic isolation; also the shower was dirty and in general the whole place wasn’t too tidy. Great location and fair price though.

In the middle of tourist area. Try to get a room with Oceanview. They have a small restaurant only for breakfast. Accept cash and cards. Have a Bar at PB , drink and food are good. In cold night has heaters so it's really nice. Parking is big and your car is safe.

Facility is older but in clean conditions. Very conveniently located near the Malecon. Walking distance to restaurants, bars but must try during the day the local vendors. Walking distance you can see the modernized areas with the blend of older areas.

The hotel needs to be remodel ASAP!! I’m very disappointed the rooms very bad, bathroom was horrible, when we showered in the morning the water turn super hot and super cold in seconds. Carpet dirty
The customer service is amazing but the place is bad!
