I Feel its a really great price for what you get, problem is that noise levels there probably wont help you sleep much becuase you are right in the middle of the tourist district. but it also feels like a quick hotel thing.
location can not get any better. the problem is that is almost right next to miramar street . So dont expect much sleep specially and weekends
