The rooms are nice, comfortable and spacious, but at night it is impossible to sleep because it is very noisy, dogs barking and roosters crowing all morning, it was impossible to sleep.

Everything is clean and very modern. Very spacious showers. Nice air conditioning. If you stay in the lower floor you have your own garage. They might consider putting rails for the stairs. Security is great.

Best hotel in Ensenada for the money. Fantastic shower and the staff were very curtious. Big rooms and extremely clean. Looked like everything was new and fresly painted.had a great time here. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

I can say that the hotel is modern and the staff is friendly. However, the front desk wanted to keep my DL as collateral (security purposes). Umm I need my DL to drive, so I said no, make a copy of it. I also requested extra towels from front desk and I was asked to pay $600 pesos for six towels that's $5 US dollars per towel. I have never heard of a hotel asking to their guests to pay for towels. I mean really! Their policy is that they can't supply new towels until the following day when they do house keeping. I bet if I needed more toilet paper they would ask for payment as well. I am one of those that opt out of house keeping unless I absolutely need it. One more thing, it is a bit noisy as well. Their is tile flooring in the walkways so, you can hear a lot of noise. Luggage rolling, house keeping with carts and buckets for mopping. House keeping staff was chit chatting out in the hall ways early in the morning. There was also construction going on. I could hear drilling. No peep hole in the doors to see who is knocking at the door. All these little things have changed my mind about returning to this hotel.
