Beautiful spacious rooms at a great price! Clean pool too! Room service always made sure we had enough clean towels. Kind receptionist that explained all the details of our stay. Only issue was not enough parking space at the hotel. We would stay here again!

Pool is not gated and closes at 9pm, picnic area closes at 10pm security very strict on those rules. Cant even sit outside your room to enjoy the nice weather. Beds are way too firm not very comfortable, restroom and showers are very small. Parking available about a block away.

I been staying there every summer with my family and friends never have any issues with it. Only this last time had I problem with one of the workers complaining of us making noise when
we were coming from having dinner with the kids and family it was 930pm come on this place is not kids friendly then or what???s so I don't
recommend this place if you are going with your kids and family ..we didn't get any help from any manager from
the hotel

Clean and nice, friendly and attentive front desk staff and hardworking right on schedule housekeepers. Modern lobby, very nice.

They don't provide washcloths, only larger towels. There is also no tissue in the room. Our group had two rooms, neither shower drained well. These are not deal-breakers, just things they could improve.

I will say, it's not the quietest place. Noise is a bit of a problem. Still, it's close to everything and a decent place to stay.

Good rooms, pool is big enough. Not a place to have a quiet time, there are loud speakers on the pool and in my experience most of the time you hear the music very loud in your room, rooms have thin walls and you here EVERYTHING from rooms next to you.

But overall great place to spend a few days, thanks to the amazing location ????

A delightful hotel in the heart of the downtown Ensenada. An attentive staff and well maintained grounds. Very close to the fine restaurants. It's got a very good Cafe attached with delicious coffee and pastries. Highly recommend the Chillaquilles blancos! Heaven on a plate ????️ Highly recommend for your visit!

Great location, nice staff. The rooms are clean, okay bed. Nice swimming pool, limited parking. Rooms look clean. Loud at times.
