This place just keeps getting better. Hopefully this updated my original review. Amin really knows how to cook u0026 provide the best customer service possible. Check out the new creation he did for us the other night. After eating another incredible mushroom burger (best mushrooms ever!) he created an eggplant burger.
we loved the once in a lifetime sauce he created. Since it was almost finished he scooped it out u0026 gifted it to us. such a class act this guy.

a must have! don’t forget to ask for Amin! he is an incredible chef, painter, u0026 human being. so humble u0026 so kind, u0026 extremely talented. we will deffo be back.
We arrived after traveling/driving for 10 hours and were famished. Jumped back In the car u0026 headed to downtown Ensenada! Things were closing up except for Hostil Burger! so glad they were still open! Worth every minute u0026 every tasty delicious custom made portobello mushroom burger. Each sauce Amin created himself. He uses the tasty flavors of garlic, jalapeños, ranch, u0026 a very secret, very delectable sauce. He definitely needs to bottle this up u0026 sell it.
From the very beginning, you could smell the fresh ingredients brought out to the grill. As it started to heat up, I’m confident to say whoever was down the street could smell the portobello’s doing their thing. When that burger was served to me on that plate with a side of sautéed veggies, I knew I was in for a treat. I’m impressed that hex was able to keep that burger closed before I took a massive bite out of it.
If the burger, sauces, u0026 Italian flavored mineral water wasn’t enough, Amin (u0026 a friend of his that was at the restaurant) were so incredibly kind that he said if we needed anything or had any questions that we could reach out to him u0026 he would be delighted to help in any way...
CLASS ACT! That is so over the top u0026 shows just how much love this human being has for his food u0026 the travelers that are lucky enough to swing by u0026 taste Hostil Burger. Way to go Amin! Appreciate you!
