The location is perfect and is walking distance to restaurants. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. It has a private and secure parking. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Hot breakfast in the morning was a plus. We would consider staying this hotel again. The shower floor was somewhat slippery. The price for the tie we were there was competitive.

We had a great stay and that is all thanks to the great staff of this Holiday Inn. Checking in with Alfonso was a breeze and I appreciated his friendliness, always smiling at and greeting us when he sees us in and out of the hotel. The staff at breakfast were also phenomenal. Not to mention the breakfast selection was amazing for a hotel. I didn't want to leave because I wanted to continue trying all the things they offer for food down there. This hotel is very clean and well-taken care of and is located in the center of Ensenada. All the shops, breakfast, cafes, and the port of Ensenada are within walking distance. I recommend you stay at this property if you want a relaxing and problem-free vacation in Ensenada. I will be sharing my thoughts to family and friends as well because I'd totally 100% stay here again. Thank you to all the staff of Holiday Inn Ensenada.

Had a great stay at this newer hotel while traveling with my family. We had to provide documentation for my wife’s service dog at check in, which we’ve never been asked for in the States. We had the required paperwork so after a few minutes of conversation our dilemma was resolved. The room was smaller than I had hoped but the location near the tourist central made it worthwhile.

We loved the hotel experience. We stayed there for the first time on the 13th of this month and then again on the 17th. Perfect location, very clean. Our plan is to stay there whenever we are in Ensenada. ALL of the staff was excellent on the 13th. 2 young ladies (one named Giselda) were so friendly and courteous and helpful. However, on our 2nd stay, there was one hitch and that was checking in. One of the 2 men checking us in (Carlos) was very cold, arrogant, aloof, and unfriendly. I asked if both of the rooms we reserved were Kings and he said "of course." Well, unfortunately 1 of the rooms was not so I returned to the front desk to change our room. Not a big deal at all---it is so easy to make a little mistake like this. However, Carlos responded with "Did you actually go in the room and check?" A little uncalled for - then he motioned for the other man to give us a new room. That man, whose name I have forgotten, was excellent, apologetic and very helpful. It is a little thing, but I assume it is something that you would want to know. However, we continue to frequent your hotel. Thank you.

I spent several nights at this hotel due to a medical emergency. The staff was extremely caring and helped me numerous times with a variety of questions and needs. The room was very comfortable and clean. I felt that my personal health and safety were well protected. Every person I encountered at this hotel was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were varied during my stay. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were very good.

Good amenities and location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and includuded a variety of items. Front desk service was below the IHG standards we are used to. They did not recognize IHG membership upon check in and refused to honor late check out.

My family and I always stay here. It's gated, safe and close to tourist friendly streets. The hotel in its entirety is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast is really good too!
