Poor quality buildings. The location is excellent: close to movie theater and shopping center. I bought a house there and it had several defects. Windows that let the air and dust in, or are stuck closed. Door frames that are not square. Electrical outlets clogged with plaster. Water leaks within the walls (pipes leaking). Faucets that leak due to the low quality materials used. Shower drains that let the sewer gases escape (again low quality materials). Inadequate water drainage outside the house which puts foundation under threat of water damage. I could keep going but I have better things to do. Please do not buy a House from Fincamex, save yourself some headaches.
