The hotel room had a broken air conditioner; then we told the maintenance they said to wait 15 minutes to turn it on, and it never turned on. The room had a window facing the interior wall, so the light from the hallway shone into the bedroom, and the curtain wouldn’t cover the winter window, so I got hardly any sleep. I won't stay again; there are better options for the price. The pillows were rock hard, and a weird musk/mold smell in the room from poor ventilation. And, we kept waking up since we had to keep the little flap on the window open for air from the people talking in the hallways.

Nice place and in a great location. Everything is very clean and in good condition, fast wifi. Secure parking lot inside the hotel courtyard. The included breakfast is pretty decent really, and there are a number of good bakeries and taco stands within a 1-2 block radius.

Clean, modern rooms with memory foam mattresses. Decent wifi. Secure parking. I was surprised how quiet and respectful the other visitors were. Quick 10 minute walk to the malecón. Free hot breakfast buffet with good food and great selection. Unbeatable price. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in town

The staff is great very friendly helpful . The food is delicious. Very clean as well and I enjoy my time here.

Everything was Good, we reserved a room with 2 queen beds and were called it wasn't available so we were given 2 rooms with a queen, very nice. Breakfast was included.

Nice clean hotel. Very good showers. Parking was inside the building in the courtyard and well protected, but very tight parking by area. Dont bring and rv or a trialer

Delicious home made breakfast! Hot showers, spacious rooms and a great location! Air conditioning worked great!
