First time staying here:

All renovated rooms, super friendly service, great pool and Jacuzzi (+ a spa).

Room was super clean and included a bottle of wine, waters, sodas and chocolates !

STAY HERE! Great place and you can walk to anywhere from here….

Positive: Staff overall were very friendly. Free and secure parking. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant on site was amazing! Highly recommend it¿food delicious and staff very friendly. Convenient location to drive to La Bufadora and Valle de Guadalupe. Great massa Negative: TV channels not working properly. Toilet made loud/consistent noise. Bathroom door got stuck. Spider webs found in part of the ceiling. Corner light was broken and about to come apart. Sliding door was loose. Windows facing street outdated/not secure.

If the hotel is a “3” but the faucet u0026 shower water smells like sewage… then this review is a “1”. Nice employees don’t make up for sewage smell penetrating the room!

I enjoy to start in Corona Hotel, Rooms prettty good, but then bathrooms need a verter ventilación. Today in then moorning I west to Takea breakfast , It das reallly good with excellent service. I did not know about then gym and spa. So next time I will start more Days. Luis

Positive: The hotel was very expensive. The beds or horrible it¿s like sleeping on the floor and they¿re very . The vending machine was completely empty. The staff could barely speak English. But the ginger he was great he cleaned over and beyond the call of Negative: There wasn¿t anybody that spoke English so make sure if you go you speak Spanish or bring a translator. I wanna emphasize the cleanliness of the night cleaning men they¿re very old and very accommodating even let me borrow a charger for my phone.

I loved staying at this hotel. I strongly recommend it. Great customer service, great food, great spa service.

The rooms are ok.

The service at the attached spa was horrible. The service length was 10 minutes for the scrubbing. Way too short for the 750 peso charge, plus the demand for tip for this poor service. Service was very poor compared to the spas in Los Angeles.
