Very clean rooms and bathrooms. A little on the high side on the pricing per night $3300 pesos equals to around $160 dlls, I got it a little cheaper ($100 dlls cheaper) through AAA through my membership, but I still think it's a little expensive. The rooms are nothing but basic two beds a tv nothing more and a decent size. Also what I did like is that there was parking and they have a guard out front.

The location is great. The staff is friendly. The NEED TO IMPROVE ON THE CLEANLINESS of the restro and the wood floors. The restroom Smelled like Urine!!! Also the mattress are Firm not soft at all. But other then that. The pool was Clean. And the Complementary breakfast was Good.again the need to IMPROVE on Cleanliness.

The first person in the reception was very rude, the sheets were not clean, and the breakfast awful.

Only eggs with pork meat, I asked kindly for a vegetarian option or a plate with eggs with out meet, the lady said I will ask and never came back; they had one millón eggs in the kitchen and can’t throw a couple of eggs in a pan for someone who doesn’t eat animals?

Honestly for the quality of the place and the service it’s extremely expensive.

In addition they are in booking as a sustainable hotel and it’s the plastic party ( and I don’t buy the covid bla bla bla... because fruits and any food is there to serve on the same spoon but wrap bread in plastic individually).

Clean facility, very new by its appearance, practicing social distancing, hand sanitization at entrance, at the food area and the elevators. Free breakfast was a nice perk and the automated coffee machine was available 24/7.

Room was well appointed but when we got there, there was only one set of towels and no soaps or shampoos. One call to the front desk and these items were brought up promptly.

It was ok. But the room that we stayed in was dusty and the sheets bad blood on it. The second bed had a lot of hair I don't think the sheets were replace. The place was sold out due to the Margarita Festival and they had to change the sheet for us. It's far from every thing and there is a water treatment plant close by and the smell is strong. They do have a small pool but it was crowded. They also have an underground parking which is probably the only thing they have going for them.
