Buenas tardes, hemos venido a Ensenada para abrir un restaurante Coreano en la Plaza Palmeras. Ya que Citibanamex esta en la misma Plaza, queriamos apoyar a ese banco vecino. Tratamos de pedir solicitud y pensamos en pedir tambien un terminal para la tarjeta despues de ser aprobada nuestra cuenta pero ya paso dos meses y todavia no lo aprobo y dijo que esta verificandolo. Un dia el banco nos llamo y tuvimos que ir a otro sucursal cerca de Burguer King muy lejos de nuestro restaurante para firmar, si lo hicimos pero despues nos dio ninguna novedad, como es posible que se tarda 2 meses para la verificacion? Y ayer fuimos a Costco un chico queria que hicieramos solicitud para la tarjeta de credito de Citibanamex pero aparte de identificacion pedia un comprobante de domicilio. Por eso fuimos a casa y lo recojimos y presentamos a un senor que trabaja alla. Me pregunto en donde yo naci pero dijo que no sale Corea del sur en su sistema y queria que volvieramos otro dia. A ver vivimos en el año 2021? Banamex tiene un sistema tan atrasado e incontemporaneo? Entonces mis amigos coreanos como que ellos ya tienen la tarjeta de credito de Banamex, Como lo aprobaron? Totalmente no tiene sentido. De verdad muy cansados debido a Banamex, nada funciono solo perder el tiempo nada mas, desde al comienzo hubieramos ido a otro banco como Banorte o Banbajio en vez de Banamex. Esos bancos hacen tramites de manera rapida segun mi Contador. Dinos directamente que nuestra solicitud fur rechazada, asi que podemos probar otro banco por favor! En cambio el Coppel que esta en la Plaza Palmeras me dio el credito de 18,000 pesos. Dice que nos va a dar un terminal para la tarjeta de mi negocio.
