The worst customer service, they took the order and after 30 min I had to ask them by my order and they say didn't have anything, but never let know us, only we waste our time

Do they have a new chef? I've generally had a nice experience here with tasty food, but tonight was not the case. Sorry to say, the Whiskey Burger had a great presentation, but after that it was very hard to eat. The burger patty was very dry, over cooked, no flavor and it just seemed lost in the over sized bottom portion of the bun. A lot of potencial here with a possible Whiskey Sauce made of BBQ sauce base, or a Mayo/Garlic with some bourbon whiskey mixed it. ASK, how you want your burger cooked, or deliver a nice juicy medium rare burger. Sorry Cinco, we were puzzled and disappointed.

Good beer good music good place good service...food I am sure it is also good
