best carnitas I had in Ensenada, every time we go down to Ense. we make a stop here and some times we even bring some back home to San Bernardino CA...

Possibly the best carnitas in Mexico. Had carnitas in Rosarito and TJ and central Mexico with no luck.
Also free sampling of chicharrones, higado and heart while you enjoy their tacos or carnitas by the pound. Pure nirvana if you are into pork and all their variations and this is not for the faint of heart because this food will stick to your ribs.
You will need to get there early because they run out of buche or cueritos, but for mazisa they have plenty for you.
Ps. For pure nirvana it will be nice to drink a cols beer while having your carnitas tacos.

Deliciousneess! Unpretentious street style taco that fattens your artery. Taco Castillo has leaner rib meat or surdito which is a variety mix parts.

There's a lot of carnitas places in town. However, my family and I enjoy these the most. It's our stop everytime we are in town.

If carnitas close to the ship you are looking for...definetely stop here. You will see a lot of locals and expats just chowing down on this delicious carnitas... Ask for ¨tacos de Aldilla¨...or ¨costilla¨ (Both parts of the ribs)

Had to check this restraunt out. It's really good but unfortunately all they serve is Tacos. Overall great prices and good tacos.
