Fresh ingredients, easy to find, good drink selection. Lots of room, family friendly. Lots of birria choices and friendly service. The birria was a bit bland. Was expecting a bit more flavor but every birria is different.

I eat here or at other Rodriguez locations usually at least twice a week. Extremely affordable and reliably delicious birria. If you love birria you will love these guys!!!

One of my favorite places to eat at in Ensenada. If they were on Uber eats I would probably probably order it several times a week.
