Positive: The location is great Negative: Staff is rude! You have to ask for ice to be sent to your room, but they usually don¿t bring it. The floors in the main areas are filthy ! Went bare foot and our feet where black. No microwave or safe in room , they are in the main lobby.

First of all, I want to say that Eduardo was most excellent to us at our stay in the Best Western El Cid, Ensenada. My family and I had the best time and we will be coming back absolutely. ????????

Bad customer services, I asked for ice. The Asian guy gave 1 bucket. Or else I will be in trouble that's simple to understand, hotel to expensive ensenada charge rooms like USA. That's ridiculous, I hope I never go back to Ensenada or Tijuana, all restaurant asked for how much Tip you want to give. I hate when business asked for that.

That’s a lie I left the water running for over 30 minutes because I specifically paid for that room to use the tub. This isn’t my first rodeo partner, that smell was horrendous and I was never advised nor was it mentioned down stairs when I checked out of the room.

I’ve been using this hotel for 7 years with all my family member was always great services and very taking care of every detail request I ask before but this last last time things were different they just decided to give me the room they wanted no explanation when I was very specific about what I wanted especially having a baby with us things didn’t go as requested when they have always help me with everything and have always appreciate them with tip but theres always change of staff so maybe is the reason things aren’t the same there need to think twice before going there again

We are having work done on our boat at Baja naval and this hotel is perfectly located it's perfectly located. In the middle of the posh district with great restaurant.

Positive: Hotel does have a elevator. Free parking. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Negative: Nothing.
