What an incredible experience from start to finish. From the initial correspondences (planning, pricing, etc.) through the actual trip, Alain was beyond knowledgable, quick to respond, and so enjoyable to interact with. He made sure we had all of the information we needed for our trip including pictures of exactly what to expect when we crossed the border, where to meet and how to get there which made for a very easy process. During the trip itself, Alain made us feel beyond safe always keeping us informed where we were going, the paths we were taking, etc. and making sure everyone was accounted for before going to the next location. He was very knowledgeable of everything around us as well, pointing things out with fun stories and anecdotes and he had great recommendations to offer for food and wineries. If I could give more stars I would, it was such a great experience and Alain was the biggest part of making the experience amazing.
