So I’ve gone back two times this year and the adobada was not good at all ! Idk if they changed their recipe but it’s flavorless and was almost raw looking I tossed my tacos. I most likely will not get that anymore.
La adobada ya no tiene buen sabor y muy mal preparada casi sabia cruda.
I love this spot by far!
The adobada for me used to be the best it’s still delicious but something changed. The asada tacos are delicious as well. We’ve gone to many tacos spot including el trailero and my kids will choose this spot over any here in Ensenada.
