Well, I wanted to check on my card if it was active. I was in line but when I got to the front it had been the wrong line. There was no signage that indicated customer service lines were different. Instead of moving me in front of correct line they said i had to go to the back of that line and I had been there before anyone on that line. I was upset and left the store.
