I ordered nudon noodles, they were cold, the noodles were not the right noodles it was more like spaghetti type noodle not the thick ones you find in real Japanese soup. The broth was ok but it got better after they heated up and I added some local pickles they serve. As for the rolls, they were not up to par with Japanese authentic quality food. The rice was all smooshy, if you take a bite you feel you are eating a ball of raw flour. This restaurant tried to hard to localize the Japanese recipes to Mexican taste too much cream cheese. But they forget Mexicans also travel and know the difference between good and bad Japanese food. Hot Sake was very good.
