The best functional training center in town. I have been to other fitness centers and this has completely excelled in every aspect of fitness training. It's basically a 50 minutes class a day (plus, warm up and stretching) with several exercises in full-body, upper-body or lower-body routine. The point is completing 1 minute (approx) exercising non-stop followed by 10-15 seconds break then proceeding to the next exercise and so on. You burn calories like crazy and the weight for every exercise is up to you, so you may focus on building muscle as much as you want. I've been working out for a month and a half and the difference between day 1 to now is quite evident. You won't regret it. I highly recommend it. I'm so glad I bumped into this training center on Facebook!
