Javier was the most amazing waiter. He was excellent at recommending cuts and wine. We were very impressed with the quality and quantity of food for the price! I will definitely be back next time I’m in Durango!! It’s a must have while you are here!!

(Translated by Google) When we arrived, the waitress who attended us was friendly but she disappeared for a while after taking my partner's drink order, I still didn't know what I wanted. During the time that we were waiting to order my drink and appetizer, no one else attended us. Meanwhile there were 2 waiters serving the other 2 tables that had customers and just stared at us and the manager was "busy" turning on the TV which in my opinion ruins the atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant. After a while the waitress came back and apologized for being gone due to the fact that no one else had taken our order or attended us while she was taking her break when someone else was supposed to be taking her place at that time. To start of we ordered the oriental wagyu slices and they lacked seasoning and did not have an oriental flavor, so we asked the waitress for black pepper and she brought us what seemed to be a mixture of pepper with other species such as all spice and that helped a lot but I will say the texture was amazing and super tender. For the main course I ordered the wagyu cross skirt steak/flank steak cooked medium with the rustic potato puree and my boyfriend ordered the same but cooked medium well and both were cooked perfectly and had a very good flavor. The drink I ordered was the Alacrán poptail, it was delicious but the mezcal wasn't really noticeable and just tasted like mango than anything the end result of the drink was nothing like the photo on the menu. For dessert we shared the crepes that were prepared table side by our waitress Erica and they were delicious but the cajeta was not thick enough. That was not Erica's fault, but in my opinion, being that cajeta takes a long time to cook, it should be cooked in the kitchen that way its already made just as the crepes are already made, so that when the crepes are ordered, its just flambeed and prepared with at the table without having to wait too long. In short, we enjoyed dinner very much and Erica attended us extremely well!

For the main course I ordered the wagyu cross arrachera/flank steak cooked medium with the rustic potato puree and my boyfriend ordered the same but cooked medium well and both were cooked perfectly and had a very good flavor. The drink I ordered was the Alacrán poptail, it was delicious but the mezcal wasnt really noticeable and just tasted like mango than anything the end result of the drink was nothing like the photo on the menu.

(Translated by Google) Yesterday I went with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. The place is nice and comfortable and the starter was delicious, they were rib-eye pork rinds.
But unfortunately I can't say the same for the other dishes, especially the "lasagna", which looked more like zucchini with cheese than nothing. Also, my wife asked for a recommendation for a light alcoholic drink and it came out more loaded than mine, so she couldn't finish it anymore.
We understand that the duty of the waiter is to sell, however, I did not think it was right that he recommended one of the most expensive and loaded drinks. Your recommendation must go according to what the client requests.

(Translated by Google) An unmissable experience.
If you visit Durango, it is definitely one of the restaurants that you must make a mandatory stop.
Being half a block from the street, the silence allows you to enjoy all your food and drinks. It has parking.
The good;
You definitely have to ask for the meat or table menu, so you can start enjoying your experience in this restaurant. It ranges from Angus cuts to Wagyu cross type. You can choose the portion you like and the preferred term. This in the company of a side dish to choose from.
You should give yourself the pleasure of trying their delicious grilled canoes, which are four pieces of marrow marinated in fine herbs. It's worth each one.
The cleanliness of the restaurant is impeccable, the service is at least excellent, the courtesy of the staff is appreciated.
The cost is equivalent to what you taste, so you will not end up disappointed.
The bad;
You will lack stomach to continue eating.
As I mentioned, highly recommended.

Lo bueno;
Lo malo;
Te faltará estómago para seguir comiendo.
Cómo mencioné, altamente recomendable.
