Great place, well located. Beds are comfy and room was small, but clean. Service is great and staff are all friendly. Pool/spa on site is warm and covered in case of rain. Tennis courts are a plus for those interested. Restaurant on property (just outside lobby) is a must visit.

Always a good value. Online at Hotels.com, is cheaper but no breakfast included. Restaurant on site is average at best!

Very nice hotel the price was not too bad room was adequate size and king size bed was comfortable. The coffee was horrible you would think in a country that grows coffee they would do a better job but it is what it is. We had a waiter for our first breakfast that was aloof distant and we walked out on a free breakfast we were convinced the to come back and the young lady that took care of us was absolutely a gem. The next four days the other waiter wasn't there I have a feeling he no longer works there. The pool is odd in that it is only about 4 and 1/2 ft deep has a waterfall but the water doesn't fall on you there's also a hot tub which isn't hot and doesn't have active Jets just odd. It is on a recommended list very secure parking area guarded 24 hours a day and breakfast basic is included with your stay.

A nice facility operated by helpful and polite staffs. The front desk people are very accommodating. The rooms are clean and well attended to. It seems that they take security of their guests very seriously which is very positive. There is a high quality restaurant few minutes walk away from the hotel (on the premis).

I stayed here overnight in the summer of 2016. It was an elegant hotel! Everything in this hotel was kept intact. The next day as I was departing the city at the airport, I forgot a significant amount of money at the hotel. My flight was about to depart in about an hour. I was frantic. I presumed I would never see the money ever again! With some slight hope, I called the hotel to ask for the money I left in the room. They went and look and they said they will return to the money to me. In about 20 minutes, the employee from the hotel came and returned the money. This has won my business from them. I will perpetually stay at their hotel whenever I visit Durango City.
