Not good service, the room we got was almost falling down and the walls were dirty, the carpet was ripped, the room had a really bad smell, overall was a really bad experience there. It didn't look anything like the pictures on Google.

The first room they gave us was not even finished being remodeled u0026 it was dirty. The drain for the shower was clogged u0026 restroom wasn't clean. There were no towels. They moved us to a different room upstairs which was somewhat better but still dirty. The a/v u0026 heater did not work. There were no towels. We had to keep ask for towels multiple times. Checkout is at 12pm u0026 the maintenance people were trying to kick us out 20 mins before. Would have gone to a different hotel but they were all booked.

Failed to inform us that rooms had no ac. When I spoke to the front desk
They said they couldn't do nothing about it.

The location was great the customer service was awesome I feel really bad because I can tell they try the best they can with the resources they have. There was no towels and one of the rooms smelled like mold. My sister in laws room was locked and would not open with the card key the owner had the master keys in Torreón. Why would he have the keys kilómetros away when they are needed at the hotel. Go figure!

Be warned the cheaper rooms all do not have external windows feeling very dark and depressing. The courtyard rooms are good, modern. WiFi good. Hot water intermittent. Great location. Very wasteful, replaced soaps and towels part way through stay for no reason, waste of plastic/ soap and washing towels. PLEASE consider the environment - you can save money too ;)

Smack in the middle of downtown Durango so I left my car and got to walk everywhere. All the best places are so close by.
My room was big, spacious and very clean. Service was very good, with extra friendly staff. The best: price could not be beaten. Restaurant was good too...but without vegan options.

I lost the morning waiting for the a/c in the room to be fixed, until they changed me to another one. They moved me to another room, same problem, did not cool down. I asked for a refund of my money and they said NO. Just Theft or Fraud. Any way I left the hotel and I hope you take advantage of that money. I RECOMMEND VERIFICATION OF THE ROOM BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT, BECAUSE THEY WILL LOSE IT. OR SEARCH FOR ANOTHER HOTEL, THERE ARE MANY ABOUT HERE
