Hotel Reforma is nice only because of their staff, they are very helpful and kind. Other then that rooms need to be updated, no hot water, no iron bord or Iron, no hairdryer. The worst is ther is no A/C, T.V is from back of the Stone age years. They should really update this hotel, better yet they should rebuild it from the ground up.
