This is such a beautiful old hotel in central Durango. It’s almost like living in a museum. The interior courtyard is full of antiques and plants and comfortable seating. Rooms are large and comfortable. The price of the rooms is very reasonable. What really stands out is that all the staff as well as the management are so friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful hotel, and I am looking forward to staying there again.

This is where you want to stay when visiting Durango! We booked for a one-night stay and ended up staying for another 11 nights. The location is a block away from the Cathedral. The kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff and management are unmatched anywhere I've stayed in the world. The room and bed were comfortable and well-appointed. I look forward to returning in the fall.

Internet stopped working in the rooms in the morning, only the front desk one was working. 6 am in the morning already late for work online, I ask the staff to give me a room near the front desk so I can work and there's no one available. I ask my money back because now I have to pay another hotel with working internet so I can work and they refuse it and tell me they can give me $5 dlls back... I ask them to get me another hotel, they say they can look one for me but I still need to pay for it...
No internet and not trying to fix the problem, woul give 0 stars.
Should've get another hotel at the time I arrived and saw the ugly rooms are nothing like the pictures.

This hotel represents the best of every aspect when it comes to service and distinction.
The team (all of them) will make everything possible to make your stay a very enjoyable one but most importantly will make you feel right at home. The internet works very well also and don't forget to enjoy breakfast from their hotel partner casablanca (they are very very good)
Its location is priceless as you will be able to enjoy walking distance the teleférico, downtown Durango and most of the churches and museums.
A monument to architecture since the building is consider it.
Watch out for the church bell ???? during the morning.

I just stayed her for 2 nights. The hotel is awesome, the bed very comfy! the staff at the desk, excellent! I had three different staff personnel but only know the name of one, her name is Delia Rodriguez. I totally recommend this hotel.

I made and paid for my reservation
3 weeks ahead of time, when I got
there the Manager told me
" Sorry there are no rooms
available we gonna transfer
you to another hotel" I was so mad
but I had no choice, it was getting
late (almost 8pm) and I didn't wanna
wind up on the street so after arguing
with the Manager and the Owner of
the hotel I accepted to be transferred
to a Hotel that (I didn't like).
For your own safety do not make
reservations in this place.
