Horrible. Zero knowledge of customer service.
Made a reservation on their website and they said they don't accept this booking.com reservation!!!
They asked my parents, that I made the reservation for to PAY for their stay, that I reserved on my credit card and asked them to bill.
They simply do not understand the concept of how a reservation works on their OWN website platform and why a credit card on file is needed. I even called and confirmed this was my card... shame.
Be wary about reserving anything here, as they don't know how to process payments or know what goes through their system.
