Avoid this hotel at all costs. We were arriving to checking at the front. At the parking entrance they have Tire destroying strip o one side that is easy to miss if you are not from the area. They offered no assistance and we were stuck in the city with a flat tire. No concept of customer service whatsoever. We will be recommending all our corporate customers who visit the city to avoid this hotel.

My experience here was great! The employees are welcoming and very attentive! The room was perfect except the shower head. Restaurant is one of the best for breakfast and the bar with appetizers and excellent drinks is a must.

I like to point the cleaning crew. They really are exceptional.

Very classisc and beautiful building, I only entered for breakfast, food is very good, lots of options with quick and excellent service, location is in downtown which allows to walk around to very nice places nearby, definitely a good place to visit

I don’t understand how this hotel can call it self a 5 star hotel.

Shower head doesn't match the same quality of other fixtures around the room. The water pressure could be improved.

Some fixtures were broken. At most this is a 3.8 star hotel.

Check-in was one of the easiest I have ever had

We had a very poor experience at this hotel. This morning there was NO hot water in our executive suite. We were unable to shower. Also, they are undergoing extensive remodeling... there was VERY LOUD pounding all day around the courtyard. I had planned to relax and read in this area... absolutely unable to handle the noise.
It seems only reasonable that a hotel should notify you ahead of time if major construction is happening!
All in all, our stay was extremely disappointing!!!
