Best hotel in DURANGO Mexico!!!
We got Engaged in this beautiful hotel on the balcony!!! Facing the beautiful church!!! We thought it was going to be loud or very dirty! Nope!!! Bed was the best!!! Super clean I work in a Marriott and let me to you this was the cleanest hotel I been to!!! Must stay this beautiful hotel!

This is my second stay here. Very comfortable. The service is excellent. The hotel is an old hacienda and is immaculate. There is a walking mall outside the front door with foot traffic. There is a secure parking lot for guests. Breakfast is provided. There is a coffee shop in the lobby with seating. Covid protocol is enforce.

This place is so amazing and the people all of them that work their are just fabulous!!! Rosio thank you for taking such good care of us and thank you so so much for a new found friendship you are a gym and I can only hope our paths cross again thank you all great job!!!!!

Location was great!! Centrally located with lots of sight seeing in the area. Service at the hotel was extremely disappointing. Hotel workers were very unfriendly and not willing to help with luggage or questions that we had. The drain in the shower was clogged so the water would flow in the rest of the bathroom and even out into the bedroom. We asked several times to have this fixed but it never was. Our waiter in the hotel restaurant was very unfriendly and flat out rude. I would never stay at this hotel again and most definitely would not recommend it to anyone I know. The nightly rate for this hotel is not worth the quality of service that the hotel offers.

Great place to stay while in Durango. Few rooms are available so reservations are highly recommended. The rooms are extremely spacious and have a very 19th century feel with high ceilings and visible beams overhead. Full breakfast is complimentary and delicious. Located right across from the Plaza de Armas and surrounded by all sorts of shops, museums and reataurants all within walking distance. No elevators and all rooms are on second floor.

This hotel is really cozy, the decorations are very typical from Durango and the architecture is amazing. Service is above average and the workers are really heart-warming.

Solo fue una noche pero el Lugar esta hermoso/ I stayed only one night but the place is nice I will stay one more time
