I took my uncle, I was admitted with respiratory problems and before taking any tests, they assumed he had Covid. They had him without oxygen for more than an hour even though he could not breathe. They treated us like they didn't care what we were going through. At no time did a doctor see us. After a few hours, only the nurse turned and told us that the doctor was not going to treat us because the patient had signs of Covid.
In my opinion, in this hospital they do not serve to serve people, they do not care about the pain of others but they are good at charging.
We left, went to the issste where my uncle was treated with great respect, kindly, quickly and without charging him a penny.
Unfortunately my uncle passed away tonight. The cause of death was severe pneumonia and not having been treated in time. The Covid test came back negative. At no time did he show signs of Covid, he just lacked oxygen. He couldn't breathe as his lungs were damaged from pneumonia.
Maybe if I hadn't wasted so much time in the hospital, my uncle would still be alive.
In summary, in my case, I thought that taking him to a private clinic would treat him with speed and respect, but they didn't. I didn't mind paying anything for it and it would take away some of the pain and suffering that I was carrying.

No recomiendo este Hospital en lo mínimo. Falta de vocación de todo el personal medico especial mente de parte de las enfermeras.
Lleve a mi tio, ingreso con problemas respiratorios y antes de acer le ninguna prueba, asumieron que padecía de Covid. Lo tuvieron mas de una hora sin oxigeno a pesar de que no podía respirar. Nos trataron como que si no les importaba lo que estavamos pasando. En ningún momento nos atendió un doctor. Después de unas horas solo bino la enfermera y nos avisó que el doctor no iba atender nos porque el paciente presentaba signos de Covid.
En mi opinión en este hospital no sirven para atender a la gente, no les importa el dolor ajeno pero si son buenas para cobrar.
Nos retiramos, fuimos al issste donde mi tío fue atendido con mucho respeto amablemente, rápidamente y sin cobrar le un centavo.
Lamentablemente mi tío fallecido esta noche. La causa del fallecimiento fue neumonía severa y por no haber sido atendido a tiempo. La prueba de Covid salió negativa. En ningún momento presento signos de Covid, nomas le faltaba oxigeno. No podía respirar ya que los pulmones estaban dañados por la neumonía.
Alomejor si no hubiera perdido tanto tiempo en el hospital la paz mi tío todavía estaría vivo.
En resumen en mi caso pensé que llevarlo a una clínica privada me lo tratarían con rapides y respeto pero no fue a si. No me importaba pagar lo que fuera con tal y le quitaran un poco del dolor y sufrimiento que llevaba.
