After planning and calling couple days ahead of time for me my family and dog to stay there, we were not accepted, after driving for more than 24 hours, once we got there we got denied to enter because of our little dog, the guard at the basement made some calls and supervision stated that the dog had to stay by the parking lot shack, I didn’t have the experience to stay but the system needs to change because they blame each other and don’t give you an explanation, they didn’t even say sorry nor a thanks for stopping by, if you have a pet and planning to stay at this place make sure you have a second or third hotel in mind because it will happen to you!!!

Did not stay, so I can’t say anything about the place. But I did called to check if they accepted dogs, Cinthia the receptionist answered and say yes, just as long as I had her shoot records, got there and for my surprise they did not allowed my precious baby girl chloe in. And try to fix the problem by telling me to leave my chloe with the security guard, I can say with no problem that I just hate what happen to me here, and hope all those who love their baby dogs would understand why I hate this place.

Upscale hotel with large rooms that include king-size beds. The hotel has a free gym, a restaurant, free high-speed WiFi, and offers beautiful views of the city. The room prices are slightly higher than the One Durango hotel at but the rooms are nicer. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Horrible service room needs key inserted for the electricity to work which is no good if they only give you one key and thiers more then one person. ANOTHER MAYOR THING IS THAT THE AC IS PROGRAMED TO 24 DEGREES CELSIUS WHICH IS LIKE 78 80 DEGREES F° it wont let you change it. the water on the shower runs super low the cleanliness was not good we decided not to eat the complementary breakfast. IT was my first time trying this hotel never again will i return!!!!

Fiesta Inn gave me a good impression, the staff was very educated treated all guest formally and gave welcoming smiles. The hotel was very tidy and the event that we attended was very well represented.

Good place. The only complaint is matress, too soft for me. Gym good for basic exercise. Great breakfast bufette. Service good in general, quick check in

About the locación of the hotel i think that it's very Good it located on a principal mall on the country , the service it's Good bus the Can increase his attention with somepeople, the rooms I think that the rooms be very big and ideal to Past a Good time with family and with ourselve......
