The waitress service was excellent, but the food was bad and expensive. I don't mind the price if the food is good, but paying for bad food I do care. The five stars are for the waitress service.

Waiters were great. A few items on the menunwere unavailable but service makes up for it.

As a US expat now living in Durango, sometimes I miss the traditional spots that I used to visit in the states. This Applebee's allows me to reminisce about previous times with friends in my hometown. The food and ambiance are what you would expect from any Applebee's. Well done!

Long waiting times for service. Food is good I had to go to the bar to ask for some o e to take my order. The place was slow so no excuse. servers are not helpful. they drop off food and never check back. Since drinks are over priced they should have refills like in the USA.

It's a regular american spaghettis and pastas but common and really popular place who doesn't know applebee's serve great food.! You have to try it, if you like the regular and most common this will work for you...

Literally no one ever came up to the table to take my order. I walked up to the bar and had to tell someone. Then after an hour they brought the food out. I made it through the appetizer and left. Bad service bad food.
