If you’re visiting Durango and want to try some of the excellent local Duranguense cuisine at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this restaurant! Some of the recipes they use here date back centuries. The manager was very kind, and he took the time to explain several of the dishes and their histories to me. The caldillo duranguense was delicious, even though the weather was a little warm for soup. I ordered two desserts and they were both incredible - the chilled biznaga custard and the walnut cheese pie. Wow, they were exceptional!

Perfect combination of location, service, and delicious. Each dish is carefully crafted. It is important not to come in a rush. Enjoy a drink and fabulous food.

This place was excellent. The waiter/ owner knows his Menu and the menu pays homage to the dishes of the state of Durango. Every little detail ties to Durango from the cheeses to the spices to the meats to the soups. Highly recommend.

(Translated by Google) This restaurant doesn't order anything from Pujol, but you eat for 1/15 of there. I was very impressed with this place of typical Duranguense food, without eccentricities, with a taste of home; traditional but for many innovative recipes, curated by the owner; artisanal ingredients and a passion for rescuing the region's pre-Hispanic dishes. Wonderful service, we arrived 5 minutes before closing time and were still greeted and served by the owner, who explained his careful selection of ingredients and suppliers, as well as details of the recipes. I am from abroad and I am taking with me a pleasant taste of Durango.

(Translated by Google) Excellent service, the food is incredible, the cheese is handmade, and the dishes are on another level. The viznaga dessert. The salt is handmade and super healthy, it is the skin of the viper.
