Excellent place for a romantic dinner, you have a view of all the city night lights, steaks, grilled fish, cocktails, wine, beer, indoor/outdoor dining, you can make reservations for that special moment and request live music or hire your own. Usually, they have live romantic type music on special holidays like Valentine's Day, New years eve is pretty awesome there. The view at the El Mirador is fantastic. You can see all of Culican and its popular landmarks - the Tomatero stadium, cathedral, the bridges over the river to name a few. It is really beautiful!
