Front Desk personnel were friendly. Rooms were comfy and clean. I do wish they had washcloths, though. Breakfast was delicious. Free internet and we were able to print our boarding passes before leaving.

It's a clean hostel. Facilites are not modern, but are still functional. Service is ok, but not outstanding. Located in the town's centre and near the city's catedral. It has a good cost/benefit for the price you pay.

Me encanta el servisio del hotel. Desde la limpiesa, asta el restaurant. Super amigables Las muchachas del front desk! Wonderful service, all around. Food is delish at the buffet which was included in our stay

Nice view from the top floors but the shower was clogged they never fixed it after I asked them too, but it was quiet in the rooms, which were a little small the free buffet breakfast was pretty good the service at kitchen was good overall it was it ok .

The hotel was good and confortable, the dinner was ok but the drinks not so much, the rooms were big enough to stay in the bedroom, the view is ok and the location is near downtown the city.
