I had a bad experience in this hotel. The second day of my stay in the morning at 8 am. An unknown person entered my room when I was sleeping. That person was another guest. The reception gave him my room making the mistake that no one was in that room. On the third day at 7 a.M. The cleaning lady knocked on the door very loudly asking if I was going to leave the room at that time or if I was going to wait for the 1pm check-out time to leave for her to be able to come to her lousy hotel cleaning

Great service. The hotel is clean and has a minimalist aesthetic. They provide breakfast everyday of the week. The building is safe and right next to the Forum mall.

outstanding hotel. no issues. wifi works awesome .was able to lodge longer due to my remote work . will lodge again .

Great, practical, very convenient hotel located right next to FORUM Culiacán, the newest and nicest mall in Culiacán, in the heart of the Tres Rios development. Great and super professional customer service! Great rooms and great room service! Hot and delicious breakfast included! Free computers with internet access located in the lobby. Free WI-FI. Highly recommended!
