This was probably one of my most pleasant stays in Mexico! Mazatlán is increíble and Thanks To Hector,Joseline,Karen and the whole staff of Hotel Ibis they made my stay very remarkable and most definitely comfortable and so comfortable that I recommend any one and everyone to stay here for a quick and very affordable stay! You will not be disappointed!!

We were amazed with our stay in ibis hotel sinaloa , we never expected to be treated real good and basically felt as we knew the employees for a long time . Wow ! Natanael u0026 Maria room cleaning u0026 the room engineer in the morning were awesome . We are a music record label that stays in different hotels and i will say this has been the best stay ever for us we will be going again and will make ibis our priority Hotel from now on . I choose this hotel because it's really close to the airport. There's even a free airport transportation service. The restaurant is open almost all the day and thats great, however there's was some annoying details. The door was hard to open. I came with a lot of Babbage and it was difficult to put they into my room. At the shower, the water's temperature changed constantly and suddenly, also there was no shampoo and no soap. The internet connection is stable otherwise. The hotel is a little bit far from the downtown but you can get an uber easily. I find the price a little cheap but if you want an hotel for a pleasure trip I think you could find a better located option for the same price.
