Stay away! This place hires thief’s! And management did nothing they were being defensive after I told them some of my items were missing from my make up bag. I stayed fro 3 nights and as I was getting ready to check out. I noticed my Versace necklace and Dior make up was gone! The make up didn’t bother me as much as my Vintage Versace necklace.
I travel to Culiacan frequently and I’ve always stayed in Lucerna i made a mistake by staying somewhere else.

Also the safe wasn’ working properly and I stayed in the remodeled unit and it still needed work. That should have been a sign for me to run!

Beautiful Hotel and at a great Price. This Location gives you quick access to a pharmacy, a Burger King/Carl's Jr, and more.

Been a long time since a came here in the soccer world cup south Africa ????. I enjoyed it. Swam in the pool. Had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at their restaurant.

There is a Pharmacy close by.

Beds were comfy and well functioning minisplit. Pleasant window view.

The school payed for this trip.

I stayed here for 5 days, really nice, better than expected for the price. Views are great. They were remodeling some rooms but we did not even noticed the noise. I would stay here again for sure!

Service attention is excellent from personnel but front desk. Reception need to train better the staff in order make guests welcomed. Restaurant service can be improved, starting for not having dead flowers on the tables Vases. The AC system needs an upgrade, city is very hot, temperatures can reach high levels and having a nice cool. Room is a nice perk.
