Stayed here for a business trip and it was okay. The beds are very hard and the internet was not adequate to do my work, frequently cutting out and with poor signal. At night the internet would completely go away and leave us with no connection. The cleaning crew did a great job and stopped by daily to replace the sheets and towels. They did include shampoo, soap and lotion, but no conditioner. There are very few food options nearby that are open consistently. Our flight arrived very early the first day and check in is at 3pm, they did allow us to check in early at 12pm, but charged us for a half day for those 3 hours after we'd been waiting in the lobby for 4 hours

they gave away my reservation, I arived late and they acted like they had no idea what i was talking about, the reaeptionist made a a wierd face when we told her we had a reservation she said they dont do reservations and they can give your room away to who ever comes first

Nice hotel. My stay was ruined by 3 nights no sleep.
Mexican baseball team partied every night till 5am.
Constant requests to management fell on deaf ears.
My 50th Birthday was marred by endless screaming and shouting from 1 floor to another.
Shame!

I was there just for 2 days with my friend after other hotel cancelled our reservation in the last minute. They gave us really good room and the price was great. It room was really clean and the staff was amazing. The helped us with directions and cool places to visit so thank you for everything

No hair dryer in room.

Decent basic room. Clean. Hot water was a long time coming. Very comfortable bed.
