The hot water didn't work for two days and they didn't offer a room change or a partial reimbursement. The service over all was poor. I do not recommend this place. Not for what they charge.

Very nice oasis of a place in the middle of a busy commercial area. Staff are very friendly. We had an issue with the rate. They changed the price on us after we arrived but we got them down closer to the rate they quoted us. It left a bad taste for that experience but otherwise very good.

This hotel has so much potential. The outside is very beautiful by the service and rooms are horrible. No hot water. No WIFI access, a very small tv that didn’t work. One employee refused to show me my room.
Not sure how it gets som many great reviews.

The place is way overly price. The t.v and the internet didnt work. No hot water, not even warm. Full of spiders, moths and lizards. We order hamburger and a hotdog and the meal came in an hour later with no mayonnaise and mustard like we ask. We complained of all this and they couldnt help us that it was too late for change

The hotel service it self was fine. The issue I had was the internet, which was deficient. Since I was there on a work event that was a big drawback. The worst thing was a fly in my soup.

The hotel is really nice, beautiful gardens and delicious food, you are allowed to bring your furry friend for an affordable extra fee.
