I reserved on-line less than a week before our 4 night stay from Wednesday check-in at 3 pm and on arrival the counter staff was very friendly and wasted no time giving us a key and making us feel welcome.

The parking is great, clean, safe and the grounds keeper crew are friendly as well.
The housekeeping crew are friendly and will check every morning if you’re there if you’d like your room service, cleaned. From our experience there, if you’re not there they will not enter your room unless you let them know ahead of time.

All 4 nights we did not experience any roudy loud people, for the most part the customers are calm and mature.

If you need an iron and even hair dryer the counter staff will gladly loan you them but you can also pay to have the hosekeeping staff wash and even iron your clothes if you’d like to head that route.

There is conviniently an Oxxo on the corner of the same block which came in handy.

Also, if you like mariscos there is a place close to Oxxo named Franks Salmon that was pretty good and have friendly staff. They serve hot/cold mariscos, burgers, beer as well as having a few TV’s with sports displaying.

Each room has individual air conidtioning a TV as well as a small fridge and a microwave.

We really enjoyed our stay there and check-out was a breeze.

I highly recommend.

One more thing, it’s only a 13-15 minute drive to the “Catedral” and “Mercado Garmendia” in downtown Culiacan.

The rooms are decorated well, the kitchen, small but functional, 3 problems accured during our stay, first , in the middle of eating dinner, the kitchen sink fell into the counter, hotel staff moved us without issue, the new room had a bad toilet, we reported 3 times and was shown how to open the lid and fix it after every use.. not ok.. while we switched rooms my wife left a silver pendant on the table next to the bed, next day she asked the maid if she had it, maid denied having it, wife told her the exact place it was, maid said she found it in the trash can next to the bed, there is no trash can in that room, the maid said she took it home, 2 days latter the maid gave it to my wife telling her again it was in the trash.... Bad maid service and maintenance staff, rest are good.

Clean, beautiful, high end. Granite, travertine. Lovely waterfall shower head. Great free coffee...early!

Good place to spend the night out. It supposed to remind you home but it is also an hotel. Really clean and minimalistic. Great place

Nice rooms, friendly staff, great price, but there are several event sites around therefore very noisy at night if you get Disturbed by music at night this is not a recommended place
